We offer wet and dry cutting, big blowdries or styling for special occasions, children's cuts, gents' hair cuts, all types of colouring services.
Kara is the creator and owner of strawberry locks in Tiptree. Kara has 17 years experience in the hairdressing industry where her love for colouring and cutting has grown!
"Grey blending, balayages and glossing has to be top of my favourites! I also love long bouncy blowouts as well as cutting children's hair. I have a passion for keeping hair in tiptop condition and full of advice to achieve your goals! Plaits and braids are also a strength of mine!"
Kara loves to keep up with the current trends and spends time educating herself on new techniques. Out of the salon Kara is a busy mum with three children and a passion for fitness and food as well as being a true animal lover.
Robin is a senior stylist and has been in the industry for 17 years. Robin started her career in London and has spent time working in Sydney. Robin has a great eye for blondes and balayages as well as being creative with bold colours and razor cuts! Robin is our curly haired guru so if you have questions on curls she is the lady for you! Robin is also great at creating masculine longer hair styles for our gents who visit the salon.
Out of the salon Robin enjoys yoga photography and being out in nature.
Shannon has 8 years experience and found her love for colour through a bad home experience and fear for visiting a salon! Shannon is fabulous at hair up as well as being great with big blowdries and layered cuts! Shannon has been trained in many colouring techniques including foils balayages and toning which she loves!

In Shannon's spare time she enjoys exploring London with her partner or being in a pub garden!
You may see her out walking her dogs also.
Donna has been with us since we opened and is a true asset! Donna is a trained barber and able to do skin fades as well as tapered cuts. Donna is patient and nurtures nervous children who aren't confident in being inside a salon environment.
Donna also keeps our salon looking seasonal with her expert window displays.
I was nervous choosing a new hairdresser after moving to the area and had put it off for so long (Surely one of the most stressful aspects of a move 🤣) The staff here were all so helpful and welcoming and Robyn did an amazing job on my very specific requirements for both colour and cut.
